It's time to relive the 1989 era with Taylor Swift's 1989 (Taylor’s Version)

1989 (Taylor’s Version) is set to release on October 27 and here are more deets about the album.

No matter the number of singles and albums Taylor Swift releases, it's never enough! After gifting us Midnights (The Til Dawn Edition) and Speak Now (Taylor's Version) in July, Swift is all set to release the re-record of 1989. She revealed the album cover and the release date on her social media on August 10. October 27 is the same date that the original album was released, nine years ago. The re-recorded album will have 21 tracks in total, including five “From the Vault” songs that were never released before. Swift said that 1989 (Taylor's Version) is her most favourite re-record because five of the "From The Vault" tracks are insane and she can’t believe they were ever left behind.

Swifties were lucky enough to listen to two songs from 1989 (Taylor's Version), This Love (Taylor’s Version) and Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version). This Love (Taylor's Version) was a surprise drop on May 6, 2022, as the second single of the album and Wild Dreams (Taylor's Version) was teased in the trailer of the animated film, Spirit Untamed and later released as the lead single of the album on September 17, 2021. We can also assume that the rest of the songs from the original 1989 will be included in the re-recorded album, such as Blank Space, Style, Shake It Off, Bad Blood, and Out of the Woods. However, it is not clear if the voice memos for I Know Places, I Wish You Would, and Blank Space will be a part of the track list or not.

Here's how swifties on the internet reacted to the news!
