- Scotch

- 3/4 oz sweet Vermouth

- Bitters

- Mix the ingredients together and garnish it with bitters or lime wedges.

2. Scotch Sour

Another easy-to-make drink using Scotch. Using Scotch as a preferred alcohol in this drink will help you appreciate the softer aspects of it.

Ingredients 

- Scotch

- Lemon

- Honey

- Egg white

- Orange bitters

Directions

- Blend the ingredients together and garnish the drink with orange bitters.

- Lemon juice

- Mix equal parts of Scotch and Amaretto liqueur and add a few drops of lemon juice.
