75th Cannes Film Festival has started and is going on till May 28 and here are all the Indian celebrities that will be attending it!
One of the highest honors of cinema, the 75th Cannes Film Festival is back and has rolled out its red carpet for the world to witness. But while during its run time from May 17-28 we'll see many fashion statements being made there will be many films screening that will be held as well. It was earlier already revealed that Deepika Padukone is a member of the jury that will be selecting Palme d’Or honors 2022. She will be doing this with other members like Noomi Rapace from Sweden, Jasmine Trinca from Italy, Jeff Nichols from the United States of America, Joachim Trier from Norway, and Rebecca Hall with Vincent Lindon as the Jury President. And this year Cannes’ Marche’ Du Film aka the film festival market that runs alongside the festival has announced India as the official 'country of honour'.
We see many Indian celebrities gracing the Cannes festival each year from Aishwariya Rai to Sonam Kapoor to Deepika Padukone to Kangana Ranaut to others including filmmakers like Nandita Das, Anurag Kashyap, and more. This year the list includes some debutants too like Pooja Hegde, Aditi Rao Hydari, and more.
