From a few shows that first started airing on television to innumerable shows now being available at your fingertips, there is no dearth of entertainment thus, no boredom. And the best Indian web shows of 2019 have certainly made sure we get our daily dose of entertainment for sure.

The broadcasting medium has come a long way. Remember the time when you waited for the clock to strike at the time of your favourite tv show and you would be glued to your tv or waiting for months for your favourite movie to appear on torrents and waiting for hours as it got downloaded? Get your dose of thrill, crime and drama with this show. A Tigmanshu Dhulia directed, starring Jackie Shroff, Vikrant Massey, Pankaj Tripathi, Anupriya Goenka and Mita Vashist, it is a nail-biting murder mystery with a twist.

Made in heaven

Zoya Akhtar swooped in the web series scene with the uber-successful Made in Heaven. It stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shivani Raghuvanshi, and Shashank Arora. It gives us a peek into the reality behind the Indian wedding scenario and conflict of today’s generation with traditions and norms.

5. Metro Park

If you’re looking for some light-hearted comedy, Metro Park is what you should be watching. Starring Ranvir Shorey, Purbi Joshi, Omi Vaidya, Vega Tamotia, Pitobash, etc... it is based on an Indian Gujarati family living in the US. Some hilarious moments occur when Indian and American cultures blend in.

6. One Mic Stand

You have seen the stand up of top comedians who are excellent at their craft. But ever thought of some renowned politicians, musicians and actors performing a stand-up comedy? Watch this show for some hilarious moments.

7. Inside Edge Season 2

8. The Family Man

An edgy action drama series of a middle-class man in a Government Job that needs utmost confidentiality, insane work hours and high pressure which also impacts the safety of his family, watch how he strikes the balance.

A unique concoction of modern age television and black & white tv series, it is one of the most loved TVF shows. A relatable show for the young generation where the struggle to get into IIT is portrayed and the classic conflict between engineering and passion.

 10. Sacred Games Season 2

The story takes off right where it ended in the first season. Guruji and Gaitonde are locked in the death dance but they're the only ones who are caught into the effects that unravel.

11. Poison

This Zee5 offering is an 11-episode thriller which has a huge dose of revenge and drama. it is written by Shiraz Ahmed and directed by Jatin Wagle and stars Arbaaz Khan, Riya Sen, Freddy Daruwala and Tanuj Virwani.
