An emotional moment takes over when Bigg Boss announces that the housemates have received letters from their family. Much to everyone’s dismay, Bigg Boss announces the letters as a route to win captaincy. It will be a tough choice that the housemates will need to make. Either walk over someone’s emotions and win the crown or be a true friend and give up the chance to be captain.

Bigg Boss pleasantly stupefies Sidharth and Paras by giving them the power to control the 4 kathputlis that is Asim, Shefali, Rashami and Vikas. They had to perform an act or task or whatever is asked of them by the voice in their earpiece. Taking complete advantage of the situation, Paras and Sidharth fight for their loved ones inside the house. While Asim and Shefali are made to get into a fight, Rashami disguises herself as a joker and is asked to spread happiness. She praises and pampers Mahira and Sana, who otherwise have been hurt by Rashami’s actions and comments previously. Turning the game into a fun banter, Bigg Boss decides to further add challenges into the captaincy task.

Surviving without a captain, the housemates have divided their duties amongst each other as per their convenience. But clearly it’s not working in their favour as they continue facing problems with daily chores like dishes and hygiene. Vishal and Shefali Bagga get into an ugly fight and Bhau tries to convince Shehnaz that Shukla is not a good person as he is not well mannered. Witnessing this from the secret room, Sidharth gets upset with Shehnaz for being influenced by Bhau.
