For anyone who enjoys fashion, the last 5 days would have been pure bliss thanks to all the LFW X FDCI 2023 updates and if Instagram is proof, it seems to have been an alluring affair!
If overdosing on fashion content has also been a part of your teenage, you know the excitement that comes with catching up on LFW x FDCI 2023 updates! Inspite of being a bi-annual affair, Lakme Fashion Week gives us fashion enthusiasts enough inspo to last a lifetime, like Pinterest; especially when we come across fashion shows like Birkenstock x Shivan & Narresh. Because where else would you get to watch a jet black bustier paired with a nude skirt and metallic footwear being carried off so gracefully in front of the who's who of fashion?
I'm aware that most of the youth probably take to Instagram for fashion inspo now, and sure, that's fun but being a 90's baby, I'm always going to relish watching designers display their collections for an audience just as much as I enjoy flipping through fashion magazines. There's something very nostaligic about it all, especially the end of a fashion show when the showstopper is a Bollywood celebrity and they're joined by the designer! These are the moments I lived for!
Watching these stars over the last few days of LFW 2023 gave me the same thrill!
