Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari teaser unveiled
Dharma Productions dropped the first teaser of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumaristarring Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra and Rohit Saraf. The 52-second-long video features each character getting a quirky introduction, opening with Varun’s Sunny Sanskari dressed as Prabhas’s Baahubali. The following shots introduce the rest of the cast - Janhvi’s Tulsi looks beautiful in a red sari, Sanya Malhotra dances her heart out, and Rohit Saraf makes a dramatic entry as he walks out of a helicopter. The clip ends with a fun banter between Varun and Janhvi’s characters aboard a flight. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film will be released in theaters this Dussehra, on October 2, 2025.
Gilmore Girls documentary announced
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the fan favourite series Gilmore Girls, a documentary titledSearching for Stars Hollow has been officially announced. As per media reports, the film will delve into the show's cultural impact and will also include never-before-seen interviews with the cast and behind-the-scenes stories from crew members, writers, and directors.
Hamnet teaser unveiled
Focus Features released the first trailer for Chloé Zhao’s Hamnet, starring Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley as William Shakespeare and his wife Agnes. The film is scheduled for a limited theatrical release in the U.S. on November 27, 2025, ahead of a worldwide release on December 12, 2025. Adapted from Maggie O’Farrell’s award-winning 2020 novel, Hamnet explores a fictionalised account of Shakespeare’s family life, focusing on the couple’s relationship and the loss of their 11-year-old son, Hamnet, in 1596.
The Twilight Saga theatrical re-release dates revealed
Fathom Entertainment and Lionsgate announced that The Twilight Saga will make its epic return to theaters in October this year. The five films of the fan favourite franchise will re-run in US theaters from October 29 to November 2 in honor of the 20th anniversary of the first book in Stephenie Myer’s iconic series.
