According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Kesari Chapter 2 opened with a gross of Rs 7.84 crores on April 18. It managed to earn Rs 10.08 crore on Saturday and Sunday saw a jump in figures with Rs. 11.70 crore, thanks to increased footfall over the Easter weekend.
