Despite, a decent word of mouth around the film, the collections on Monday witnessed a sharp decline compared to the movie’s performance on the opening weekend.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Kesari Chapter 2 opened with a gross of Rs 7.84 crores on April 18. It managed to earn Rs 10.08 crore on Saturday and Sunday saw a jump in figures with Rs. 11.70 crore, thanks to increased footfall over the Easter weekend. However, the collections witnessed a sharp decline on Monday, with earnings falling over 60 percent to Rs 4.5 crore.
