Karan Johar announces his next venture on his 50th Birthday.

On his 50th birthday, filmmaker Karan Johar announced that he will be directing his first-ever action film. The shooting of the yet-untitled action film will begin next year in April. He also announced the release date of his next directorial ‘Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani’ starring Alia Bhatt, and Ranveer Singh. The rom-com is set to release next year on February 10, 2023. 

Netflix releases the trailer of Gray Man

Earlier this week, Netflix released the trailer of ‘Gray Man’ directed by the Russo brothers who are famously known for all their Marvel movies. The trailer shows a power pact star cast of Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, and Ana De Armas and is a story about a black ops agent who goes on the run after discovering incriminating secrets about his agency. The movie will also mark the Hollywood debut of South Indian superstar Dhanush. The film will be released on July 22 on Netflix.

Vanity Fair releases exclusive pictures of the movie Devotion

Devotion is the story of Jesse L. Brown played by Jonathan Majors, a pioneering Black Naval aviator who flew during the Korean War and built an unexpected bond with fellow Naval aviator Tom Hudner played by Glen Powell. The movie also stars pop star Joe Jonas and is set to release in October this year.

Marvel releases the new trailer of Thor: Love and Thunder

Marvel has released the much-awaited trailer of Thor: Love and Thunder. The trailer shows us the journey of Thor played by Chris Hemsworth on his journey to reclaim his title as the mighty god of thunder. But the story takes a totally unexpected turn when he sees Jane Foster, his love interest from the first movie as the Mighty Thor. The two have to team up to battle with Gorr, the God Butcher played by none other than Christian Bale. The film is directed by Taika Waititi who also plays Korg in the film and we see Russell Crowe as Zeus and Tessa Thompson returns as Valkyrie. The action pact film is ready to hit the screens on July 8.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger welcome their second baby girl

Chris Pratt took to his Instagram to announce the birth of his second daughter. The actor wrote in his caption “We are so excited to announce the birth of our second daughter, Eloise Christina Schwarzenegger Pratt. Mama and baby are doing well. We feel beyond blessed and grateful. Love, Katherine and Chris”

Lana Condor announces her next venture with Netflix

‘To all the boys I’ve loved before’ fame Lana Condor announces her next show with Netflix. The series is called ‘Boo, Bitches’ and will be available for streaming on the platform from July 8. Explaining what the show is about, Lana wrote in her caption “a high school senior, who’s lived her life safely under the radar, seizes the opportunity to change her narrative and start living an epic life, only to find out the next morning… she’s  a ghost.”

Mark Ruffalo joins Robert Pattinson in ‘Parasite’ director Bong Joon Ho’s next Sci-Fi film

Actors Mark Ruffalo, Toni Collette, and Naomi Ackie have joined the cast of Bong Joon Ho‘s upcoming directorial set at Warner Bros. The sci-fi feature, also starring Robert Pattinson, is based on the novel Mickey7, written by Edward Ashton.

Ray Liotta, known for his role in Martin Scorsese‘s ‘Goodfellas’, has passed away aged 67. Liotta’s publicist Jennifer told The Hollywood Reporter he died on Wednesday night or early Thursday in his sleep in the Dominican Republic where he was shooting for ‘Dangerous Waters’.

Comedian Pete Davidson has bid farewell to Saturday Night Live after eight seasons. Davidson quit the show during the season 47 finale last weekend. According to Variety, the comedian made his debut on Saturday Night Live in 2014 as one of the youngest cast members at the age of 20.

Margot Robbie to star in Ocean’s Eleven prequel movie

Margot Robbie is set to play the lead role in a prequel to the crime drama film ‘Ocean’s Eleven’, according to speculations. Jay Roach, who previously worked with Robbie in the film ‘Bombshell’, will be directing the forthcoming project. ‘Ocean’s Eleven’, which was released in 2001, featured Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Julia Roberts, among others.
