Chup: Revenge of the artist starring Sunny Deol and Dulquer Salmaan released in the theaters on September 23!
Chup: Revenge of the Artist is written and directed by the powerhouse of talent R.Balki.Β Danny (Dulquer Salmaan) is a florist in Bandra, Mumbai. A young journalist Nila (Shreya Dhanwanthary), who has recently shifted to Mumbai, discovers his shop and is impressed that he sells tulips. They form a romantic relationship over the course of the film. Meanwhile, a prominent movie critic is killed ruthlessly at his residence. A few days later, another critic gets murdered and since then itβs just a series of gruesome killings of one critic after the other. Inspector Arvind Mathur(Sunny Deol) through his investigation, discovers that the killer of all the critics is the same and has a unique pattern.
The killer kills as per the criticism written by the critic. As he tries to find out who the killer is, the critics in the city get scared. For the upcoming release, all critics shower praises on the film, whether or not they have liked it. However, Kartik, who works for Nila's publication, refuses to bow down. This easily makes him the next target for the killer and how Arvind tries his best to catch him is what the film is all about. The film also features Pooja Bhatt in a pivotal role.
