Here are some highlights that reaffirm Spoken Fest 2025’s long-standing tradition of celebrating words, voices, and stories:

Spoken Fest 2025 was all about slowing down and soaking in the beauty of words, music, and stories. The festival brought together some of the most celebrated names in the industry, each adding their own magic to the stage. Legendary artists like Gulzar and Shankar Mahadevan, along with talented actors such as Huma Qureshi, Divya Dutta, Gajraj Rao, and Ashish Vidyarthi, kept the audience hooked as they delivered performances that were both mesmerizing and deeply reflective.

Badhai Ho fame, Gajraj Rao presented a thought provoking and witty talk in his own signature humorous style. It captured the the unspoken struggles of chasing an unconventional dream in a society that values security more than passion.

Music was another major highlight, with a mix of bands and artists creating an atmosphere that was both electric and soulful. Agnee, The Aahvaan Project, Wild Wild Women, Snehdeep Singh Kalsi, and Raghubir Yadav with Naynesh Pimpale brought in sounds that ranged from folk to fusion, each performance leaving a lasting impact. Khasi Bloodz, Tapi Project, and Nush Lewis added their own unique energy, making sure there was something for every kind of music lover.

And of course, what’s a celebration of expression without spoken word and comedy? The stage came alive with performances by Suhani Shah, Ankush Bahuguna, Ahilya Bamroo, Nikhil Taneja, Srishti Shrivastava, and Shreeja Chaturvedi, each bringing their own style to the mic. Whether it was poetry that tugged at the heartstrings or humor that had the audience in splits, these artists made sure the crowd was engaged, entertained, and, most importantly, inspired.

This year, we saw some really interesting activities that included the Poetry Apothecary, where attendees received personalized poetry based on their emotions, the Blind Book Date, which allowed festival-goers to pick mystery books and discover new stories, the MAP Activity, where people created visual maps of their life journeys and many more.
