Weekly Roundup

This week, we saw enthusiastic celebrations for the festive season and received exciting updates on various projects. Catch all the highlights in our weekly roundup.

Released in 1995, the song "Made In India" became a classic hit with Alisha Chinai’s vocals and Milind Soman’s charm. Nearly three decades later, Sushant Divgikar, aka Rani Ko-HE-Nur, and music producer Mayur Jumani have given the song a modern update. Their "Made In India 2.0," brings nostalgia with contemporary beats together, featuring Rani’s dual vocals and Mayur’s energetic production. This fresh take keeps the original's essence while appealing to today's audience. Viraj Ghelani’s Gujarati film Jhamkudi has become a major hit, earning over 20 crores at the box office. It’s now the third highest-grossing Gujarati film ever. Meanwhile, comedian Zakir Khan's show Aapka Apna Zakir debuted on August 10th and quickly won viewers' hearts with its simple and relatable comedy.

This week, we celebrated Raksha Bandhan, and many social media creators took to Instagram to share heartwarming posts about their unique relationships with their siblings. These touching stories and creative Reels not only moved us but also encouraged us to reflect on and appreciate our relationships with loved ones. Among the content, we also saw reels highlighting that strong bonds aren't limited to blood relations; they can also be formed through deep connections and shared experiences that stand the test of time.
