One thing that makes the creator community interesting is the knowledge that the community is made up of people who belong and come from different fields. Every creator has their own journey that they initially were set to travel on and ended up on the crossroads. It took a moment for them to realise what they truly enjoy doing and choose to create content for their online audience. Dr Rahul Bhosle happens to be just the perfect example of a delightful addition to this community.
Dr Rahul Bhosle who completed his dentistry (BDS) from Modern Dental College And research centre, Indore found a way to work himself to do what he loves. He has continued to perform at stand-ups and improv comedy shows apart from his career as a dentist. Rahul is also someone who is working closely in the field of media apart from his gigs on stage. He is currently working as a social media strategist and creative director in INIFD Indore a leading Fashion and interior designing institute. I used to be a Radio Character in 94.3 MyFm and as a content creator for Laughing Colors and Roaring WolfSo.
Rahul took the proverb failure is a stepping stone to success to heart during the 2nd year of his college. The creator who failed in one of his tests had about 6 months in his hands before the next exam. Instead of being dejected about it, he decided to utilize that time and started creating vines. This decision impacted him in a positive way. He not only realized his creative side but also found himself doing good in his academics. “Maybe creativity enhanced my grasping power for boring subjects as well,” said Rahul. He recognized his love for art and decided to put more of his efforts into creating content.
Even though he completed his studies, he is not continuing his practice but instead focusing on his career in content creation and learning each day how he can grow as an artist.
Before his content creation journey took off, he was an RJ on 94.3 MyFm. He became an integral part of radio after his character "RaBho इंदौरी का दृष्टिकोण " gained popularity. People fell in love with the character where he used to rant about the trending topics in an Indori Dialect along with Rj Viny.
This creative journey opened up new opportunities for the creator. He has been able to be part of different media as a result of his creative content. Earlier this year he was on The Khatra Show as a guest after Harsh Limbachiya, producer and writer of the show was impressed by his video titled "Don't be that girl."
The love that he receives from his followers is also something that has encouraged him to continue his journey in creating content. He recalls how these messages fill him with and find all the love and support coming his way to be unbelievable. Talking about one of the DMs he said, "I remember getting one particular DM when I was feeling low. I had shared it with my community as well. It said, 'Aap humari muskurahat banaye rakhte ho, me bhagwan se pray karunga apki muskurahat humesha bani rahe. Me mere family issues ke karan kaafi stress me tha and tab apke kuch videos dekhe and apse insta pr baat bhi hui, aapne mujhe new energy di and tab I felt very calm and peaceful after talking to you, toh bhaiya aap humesha khush raha karo"
As someone who decided to give up the initial journey that he chose to take up something that he later found to be interested in, Rahul had his own set of tips for all the aspiring artists. He said, "I would love to say that, bas lage raho dosto, and jo naya kar skte ho, jitna naya soch sakte ho socho and karte jaao. Bas woh create karo jo tum khud dekho toh tasalli mile ki kuch accha kara hai. Once you yourself are happy with your content, your audience will definitely love it and it will motivate you to create more"
