He will play Thomas Molloy, a cult author who is also the tutor of lead character Maeve at Wallace University, the Ivy League college she has moved to the US to attend.

Disney has released the first trailer for Pinocchio a live-action remake of the classic 1940 animated movie of the same name. The movie stars Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, who provides his voice to the living puppet; Tom Hanks, who plays childless woodcarver Geppetto; and Cynthia Erivo, who plays the Blue Fairy. The film will be available to stream on Disney+ on September 8.
