But that’s not all! Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi’s very steamy take on Emily Brontë’s classic in Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights has everyone buzzing with surprise. Wuthering Heights first look and teaser release
Emerald Fennell’s upcoming, erotic take on Wuthering Heights, starring Margot Robbie as Catherineand Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff, is out causing rage. The trailer is loaded with sensual imagery like blindfolds and provocative metaphors tied to egg yolks and corsets, a swift departure from Emily Brontë’s novel; this film with original music by Charlie XCX looks like a new take on a story as old as time. It’s set to hit cinemas on Valentine’s Day 2026.
An Anurag Kashyap’s film Nishaanchi’s trailer is released
Anurag Kashyap's Nishaanchitrailer that has been recently released, introduces debutant Aaishvary Thackeray who stars alongside Vedika Pinto, Monika Panwar, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and Kumud Mishra in pivotal roles. The film embraces classic Bollywood "masala" themes- action, romance, and upheaval set against the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh’s underbelly directed in the raw and gritty unique action style of Anurag Kashyap. It’s scheduled for a theatrical release on September 19th, 2025, the film is a tale about the complex lives of two brothers who walk starkly different paths, uncovering how their choices shape their destinies.

Netflix unveiled the trailer for House of Guinness, a period drama created by the infamous creators of Peaky Blinders. The story chronicles the power struggles among four Guinness siblings following their father Sir Benjamin’s death in 19th-century Dublin and New York. The eight-episode series premieres on September 25, 2025.
Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor's “Bijuriya” song drops
The reimagined track Bijuriyafrom Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is out now, featuring Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in a high-energy dancing song. The modern take of the Sonu Nigam classic includes fresh vocals by Asees Kaur, adding a female voice to the old song!
Wake Up the Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery gets a release date and poster unveiled
The third Benoit Blanc mystery, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, will world-premiere on December 6th at the Toronto International Film Festival, followed by a theatrical run beginning November 26th, before landing on Netflix globally on December 12, 2025. The new poster features Daniel Craig’s detective front and center, promising his most dangerous case yet.
Bun Tikki heads to Chicago South Asian Film Festival
Manish Malhotra and Jiostudios produced Bun Tikki will be screened at the 16th Chicago South Asian Film Festival. It has been chosen as a marquee presentation, spotlighting its soul-stirring story of family, love, identity and quiet courage. Directed by Faraz Arif Ansari this poignant coming-of-age drama features a star-studded cast including Shabana Azmi, Zeenat Aman, Abhay Deol and more.
Marvel Zombies trailer is unveiled
TheMarvel Zombies animated series trailer hit screens, revealing an R-rated, gore-heavy journey to Disney+ set to debut on September 24, 2025. The intense trailer teases zombie versions of familiar heroes, including a gruesome scene of Spider-Man decapitating zombies, and introduces a twisted Blade–Moon Knight mashup called Blade Knight.
