Here are a few creator suggestions that might help you:

Chaitra Poojary

“Here's my favourite fashion hack for the festive season that always comes to the rescue: turn an old saree into a stunning lehenga for an effortless festive look. Simply pleat the saree around your waist, pair it with a matching blouse or top, and drape a dupatta for that festive flair. Complete the look with accessories to elevate your outfit to a whole new level. This versatile and creative styling idea is not only sustainable but also adds a unique touch to your ethnic wardrobe. It's perfect for those last-minute festive occasions when you want to stand out, make a statement, and save some money on shopping. The best part about this hack is that you can experiment with different colours and patterns to create new styles every time.”

Bhumika Thakkar

“When it comes to last-minute festive outfits, I love to mix and match. My go-to is a basic black top or white shirt paired with a bright, flowy skirt, preferably with brocade. I accessorise with plenty of Indian jewellery, choosing silver or gold based on the outfit. I also enjoy styling basic gold trousers or dhoti pants with lace tops or a short brocade kurti. I prefer minimal Indian wear that's comfortable for running errands during the festive season. A maxi dress paired with lots of silver boho jewellery is another option. For a different look, I love combining a Lucknowi kurti with white trousers or denim, once again accessorised with plenty of silver jewellery.”

Bharti Singh

“One of my favourite last-minute styling hacks for the festive season is to mix and match pieces from my wardrobe. I often take a plain kurti and style it with a pair of distressed or embellished denim or a flowy skirt. Alternatively, when I’m in a pinch and haven’t done any shopping, I opt for a coordinated look using items from the same colour family, like a black or grey saree paired with a crop top and a heavily embroidered dupatta. I’ll style the saree as a skirt and drape the dupatta like a pallu, adding statement accessories like a bold necklace, earrings, and a bright clutch or juttis. This approach requires minimal effort but makes a maximum impact, ensuring I’m ready for the festivities in no time.”
