Rasmalai Parfait with raspberry ice-cream and a berry reduction(naam sunke fut gayi). The rasmalai is absolutely stunning.Spongy, aesthetic and not overly sweet. The raspberry icecream is light, citrusy and really goes well with the granola. The berry reduction is decent. But why the hell are they intermixed is something I didn’t understand. Beautiful components individually but don’t gel as a team(English soccer fans would relate). This came in as the final course during my meal here. I’d still call this a good dessert, but do remember don’t mix.
