Gumraah was released in the theatres on April 7 and since then the Janta is obsessed with Aditya Roy Kapur. Here’s what they had to say!
Aditya Roy Kapur, Mrunal Thakur and Ronit Roy starrer Gumraah is a remake of the 2019 Tamil film, Thadam. It’s directed by Vardhan Ketkar and written by Aseem Arora and Magizh Thirumeni who also wrote the original movie. Aditya Roy Kapoor is seen in a dual role where he plays Arjun and Ronnie which left the Janta feeling rather intrigued.
Mrunal Thakur and Ronit Roy are police officers who try to solve a murder mystery of a young man. This takes an unexpected turn when the cops find out that the prime suspect (Aditya Roy Kapur) has a doppelganger. After a lot of twists, turns, suspense and drama, the film progresses well according to the Janta.
However, the audience was more impressed by Aditya’s performance in this one. The rail of appreciation didn’t stop for Mrunal either. They were really impressed with Mrunal’s restrained yet sharp performance as Inspector Shivani Mathur.
