A release was issued yesterday by All India Bakchod (AIB) stating that Tanmay Bhat and Gursimran Khamba will not be part of the firm anymore. It was also stated that the reason Khamba was being let go was that he withdrew himself from the process of External Committee that was looking into the allegations against him.
Gursimran Khamba issued a statement of his own in response to that, saying that he did co-operate with EC initially, but it was replete with procedural flaws and did not follow principles of natural justice. He further said that he would be happy to co-operate with any committee that is constituted fairly.

Khamba also informed that he is starting a new venture, called ‘Light@27’, which will be a comedy consultancy offering strategy solutions for live and digital media. Here is what the update said:
