Absolutely obsessed with making popsicles and I knew I HAD to do mango popsicles before the mango season ends ? These mango-cream popsicles are absolutely yummm and so simple to make. To make 4 of these, you just need purée 3 mangoes (I also sneaked in some pineapple) and mix 1 cup of heavy/ fresh cream with 4 tbsp of powdered sugar. Then use a spoon to layer them into a popsicle mould, use a knife to create swirls, insert sticks and then freeze overnight ?? #mango #popsicles #bakewithshivesh #summer #yum
