This film was released on the big screens on December 23 and while a few people liked the film, most of the Janta wasn't too happy with this one!
Rohit Shetty's Cirkus released on December 23 and it became an instant talk of the town. While Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde, Johnny Lever, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, Sanjay Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari, Siddharth Jadhav, Murli Sharma, Tiku Talsania, Brijendra Kala, and Saurabh Gokhale can be seen in this film, the Janta didn't really enjoy the movie. After giving us back to back hilarious films aka the Golmaal series, the Janta wasn't impressed with Rohit Shetty and this film!
Inspired by Gulzar’s classic, Angoor which itself was a remake of Do Dooni Char, based on William Shakespeare’s The Comedy Of Errors, Cirkus revolves around Joy and Roy played by Ranveer Singh and Varun Sharma. The story takes us back to 1942, where a doctor who handles an orphanage decides to do an experiment and breaks up these two pairs of new-born twins and gives them up for adoption. One duo goes to a couple in Bangalore, the other ends up in a home in Ooty. The whole story revolves around this and the errors that this mix up causes.
Director #Shankar may make his movie with #RanveerSingh a two hero movie to increase the box office potential, this choice is being considered after the performance of #Cirkus
