As we celebrate the International Chef's Day we have bought you a list of spellbound chefs that are must follow on social media if you want your daily dose of finger-licking restaurant-style recipes.

We all have to agree that food making is an art. Many people can try their hands on various dishes, but every once in a while we all feel like eating something – that is purely made by a professional Chef!

Talking about chefs, October 20th is celebrated or known as International Chefs Day. Even though technically, this day is focused on educating kids around the world about eating healthy and also for chefs to pass their knowledge, skills, and wisdom to the next generation – we also would like to give an ode to all the chefs out there! This is for not only making delicious food but to impart art through mere ingredients and make our heart super-duper happy!

India is blessed with several chefs who are not making our country proud but are spreading the love for food that we all share with their drool-worthy dishes on social media. With that being said, we bring you a collection of amazing Indian chefs on Instagram who are rocking with their – Art of Cooking!

Try this version of the popular palak paneer & know what I’m talking of. #FoodFriday Full Recipe ⬇️ VEGAN PALAK PANEER Prep Time: 31-40 minutes Cook time: 26-30 minutes Serve: 4 Level Of Cooking: Moderate Taste: Mild Ingredients Spinach puree 1 1/2 cups Tofu 200 grams Cashew cream 2 1/2 tablespoons Ginger 1 inch piece Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder 2 teaspoons Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste For gravy Onion 2 small Tomato 1 medium Coriander seeds 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Green chilli finely chopped 1 to taste Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste Ginger grated 1 teaspoon Cashew yogurt 1/3 cup Cashew cream to garnish Ginger strips to garnish Method Step 1 Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes. Step 2 Take a shallow bowl, add 2 ½ tbsps cashew cream, grate ginger, lemon juice, garam masala powder, rock salt and mix well. Add the tofu cubes and rub the pieces well with the prepared mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. Step 3 Preheat the oven at 150˚C. Step 4 Place the marinated tofu pieces and bake for 20 minutes. Step 5 Meanwhile, finely chop onions and roughly chop tomato. Step 6 Dry roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds till fragrant in a pan. Add green chilli and chopped onions and rock salt and sauté till golden brown. Add chopped tomato and ginger and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Step 7 Add spinach puree and mix, cook for a minute. Add ½ cup water, cashew yogurt and mix well. Add ½ cup more water and mix well. Cook for a minute. Step 8 Add the cooked tofu pieces and gently stir and transfer into a serving bowl. Drizzle cashew cream and garnish with ginger strips and serve hot.
