Produced by Maddock Films, Bhool Chuk Maaf released on the big screens on May 23 and here’s what the Janta thought of the film!

Set in Banaras, Bhool Chuk Maaf revolves around Ranjan (Rajkummar Rao) and Titli’s (Wamiqa Gabbi) love story. In a desperate attempt to find a government job, Ranjan finds himself stuck in an endless time loop. How will he ever come out of it, will he learn something in the process and will Ranjan and Titli get married is the crux of the story. The film is directed by Karan Sharma and produced by Maddock Films. Some of the pivotal cast also includes Sanjay Mishra, Raghubir Yadav, Seema Pahwa and Zakir Hussain

The Janta seems to be in two minds about the film. While some found the film to be a quintessential family entertainer, others felt it relied too heavily on clichéd tropes. The storyline, centered around a lighthearted time loop comedy, brought out both laughter and criticism. Some appreciated its humor and charm, while others found it unfunny and overly drawn-out. The difference in opinions clearly makes the film a polarizing subject amongst the audiences.
