It can be hard work to maintain your position as a content creator on Instagram. Your followers expect quality posts with enticing eye-catching imagery. You have to decide what each post should depict, take, or source relevant photos or videos. Content creation is on a whole new level in today's era, and to keep up with the emerging trends around you, being a creator can be a task. We spoke to budding Content Creator Rohan Bansal to understand his perspective on the profession and his journey so far.

Here's how the conversation with Rohan Bansal went:

What made you start creating content and when did you begin?



"It was my childhood dream to be a fashion model/creator. so I started working on my skills of content creation as soon as I got introduced to social media as it provided me a platform to express myself on my own. so in 2018, I started posting pictures of mine expressing my fashion skills and I received positive feedback which encouraged me to create more content."



What according to you makes your content stand-out?



"According to me, I create content with minimum cost and by putting my maximum efforts which can be suitable for everyone to follow. The biggest advantage is my editing and fashion skills as I am best to create fusions of smart casuals."



How do you choose what to promote on your feed and what not to?



"I only promote those types of content which portray my personality as I want to be real with my audience."



One instance/experience that made it all worthwhile?



"Hard to describe but this is something I would say that what I do in my profession I do it with all love and affection which makes it worthwhile for me. But yes I still remember my initial days of struggle and then at a level I got myself featured in Myntra, received a letter of appreciation from Instagram(along with hampers), so not just one but some of my experiences make my journey interesting."

What does a regular day look like for you?



"A regular day starts and ends for me with positiveness around me and looking for creating some fresh content."



How do you make moolahs?



"The content creation industry has so many ways to make moolahs. Being a part of it, I try most of it like (Brand Collaborations, Affiliate Marketing, Fashion Shoots, event promotions ). But what I found interesting is Fashion Shoots where I get to know about the trending outfits and a lot more."



Where do you get inspiration for your posts from?



"Inspiration is everywhere around us. As a part of the content creation industry, I always seek for new content creators because those are the ones who have highly inspiring ideas and good quality content which is out of the box."

Have you ever received a weird or funny brief from any brand for collaboration? Please share, if any.



"Not as of now. But, yes it's on my wishlist to have such experiences which I can share with you all."



 If not an influencer, what would your full-time profession be?



"If I wasn't an Influencer I must have pursued my career in the fashion industry as a fashion designer."

Any message/tips for fellow budding bloggers and influencers?



"In our everyday life journey, we face a lot of situations through which we have to come out and make the best possible ways for our journey ahead. I  have always believed what Sir. Ratan Tata has said, "I never take the right decision but  I make my decision right.

 So, I believe whatever or wherever I am today is just because I believe in my actions. That's the message I'd like to give all my fellow budding bloggers and influencers that always believe in what you do and how you do it."
