One look at her Instagram account would reveal to you that she is not the kind of nurse you are used to seeing, and that Lauren Drain is actually one of world’s most followed Instagram celebrities who isn’t a Hollywood, or Bollywood actor/actress, musician or has appeared on television etc etc.

With more than 3.7 million followers, and a body that could make a monk look twice, Lauren Drain says she is all hard work, and not genetics.

I mean you can’t blame us for attributing this to genetics Lauren. This looks more like a blessing, and certainly does not look achievable, and yet you have!

“I worked to build more muscle mass in all the 'right' places, becoming stronger, healthier, and happier in the process” Lauren Drain told The Daily Mail.

After feeling the effects of stress, exhaustion and a lifestyle riddled with unhealthy food and partying, Lauren realized it was time for a change, and took charge of her health and well being.

I wanted to be a healthy, fit, strong, confident woman, actively preventing disease instead of treating everything with pills and medication.I wanted to change my life for the better and I wanted to help others before they lost control of their health too.” she told The Sun.

Since her epiphany, Lauren has turned her life around for the better, and I mean not even her own, she has helped so many people make the necessary changes and be truly healthy.

Lauren has not only given us fitness goals, but travel goals too!
