Triller’s Glam Guru aims to bring together talented makeup artists and learners and support them through opportunities to hone and monetise their skills.
Triller, the AI-powered open garden technology platform for creators today announced the launch of its latest beauty and makeup IP, Glam Guru, in partnership with leading Indian beauty brand, Renee Cosmetics. Glam Guru is a first of its kind, hybrid model make-up IP for talented makeup artists to provide them with a platform to showcase their skills.
Five makeup artists from across the nation will be shortlisted to participate in the competition. Over the course of three weeks, the contestants will showcase their prowess in creating different makeup looks including Bold, Unique, Unfiltered, Trendy, and Mystic through short videos, following which they will compete live on Triller’s exclusive property TrillerTV for the title of Glam Guru. Glam Guru is also joined by leading fashion and beauty influencer and short-form video star Mrunal Panchal AKA Mrunu as a Mentor. Mrunal will guide the contestants as the competition progresses through a masterclass, social media posts, and content updates.
Makeup is not about blending in but letting the best you shine through! Glam Guru shines the spotlight on selected artists to give a boost to their careers. The winners will go head to head to win an exclusive brand collaboration opportunity and gift hampers from Renee Cosmetics. The winner will also get a vanity kit, hairstyling appliances, and a master class with Mrunal Panchal. The finalists will be listed as Makeup vendors on WeddingWire India app, the Indian Subsidiary of The Knot Worldwide, a leading online marketplace for couples to find top-rated wedding vendors.
