Mukhbir: The Story of a Spy starring Zain Khan Durrani and Prakash Raj released on ZEE5 on November 11. Let's have a look at everything the Janta thought about this spy thriller!

Mukhbir: The Story of a Spy is adapted from Maloy Krishna Dhar's novel, 'Mission to Kashmir: An Intelligent Agent in Pakistan'. The story is set during the 1965 Indo-Pak war. It revolves around an unsung hero, an Indian spy whose information helped India win the war. Kamran Bakhsh (Zain Khan Durrani) is a commoner who is recruited by the Intelligence Bureau team that includes SKS Moorthy (Prakash Raj), Ramkishore Negi (Adil Hussain) and Joydeep Burman (Suneel Shanbag). He is trained to enter Pakistan under the false identity of Harfan Bukhari. When Kamran accepts the offer, his entire life is turned upside down. The story of how he obtains information and his survival in the neighboring country is what the series is all about. Creator Shivam Nair has co-directed this thriller with Jayprad Desai. The Janta is all praises for Zain Khan Durrani’s performance in the series and also quite impressed with the overall execution of the show.

Also Read: While everyone loved the performances in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, it’s the post-credit scene that truly stayed with the Janta after the film!
