Amazon Prime Video and JioHotstar’s January 2026 lineup is a light but promising start to the year!

Amazon Prime Video and JioHotstar are kicking off 2026 slow with a slate of few exciting new titles. Here’s what January has in store as the year gets off to a start!

With the new year signalling a fresh start, both Amazon Prime Video and JioHotstar are opening 2026 by giving audiences space to breathe while still keeping things exciting. Prime Video is going wide in terms of variety, returning with the second season of its game-based reality show Beast Games, alongside the much-awaited second season of the critically acclaimed international series The Night Manager. The platform is also set to bring theatrical titles like 120 Bahadur to streaming. JioHotstar, meanwhile, rings in the year with a new season of Splitsvilla and ups the ante with A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, another highly anticipated Game of Thrones spin-off. Adding to its slate is Gustaakh Ishq, making its OTT debut and rounding off a lineup that balances comfort viewing with big-ticket anticipation.
