These tracks are perfect for when you’re lazy but want to squeeze in a quick 15-minute workout. This makes for a fun workout playlist that you won’t get bored of easily!

I spent the first wave of the pandemic binging on everything fried and I’m going to spend the second wave crying over spilt milk and repairing the damage. While I hate going to the gym and believe that jumping jacks were designed to make me hate myself, I like indulging in zumba workouts, yoga for beginners, going for walks and dancing. But as much as I like these, sometimes I need a little push that gets me off my feet and onto the mat and while that can’t always be my inner circle, it can be a great workout playlist.

I know it’s hard to get your body to move right now. Staying indoors hasn’t exactly been easy for any of us, let alone our physical health. But that’s exactly why it’s important to move your body, stretch, walk and dance it out. Movement of any sort will help you feel better and you won’t feel as cranky by the end of it. I promise.

These tracks are perfect for when you’re lazy but want to squeeze in a quick 15-minute workout. They also make for a fun playlist that you won’t get bored of easily!
