Snapchat is all about embracing the joy and spontaneity of connecting with loved ones, and what better way to do it than by exploring the fantastic realm of nicknames? From Pinky, Shona, Baby to Golu, Bebo, and Akki – India’s immense love for nicknames is endless! The survey, conducted by YouGov on behalf of Snapchat, unveiled India’s top nicknames and inspired two new lenses on Snap – a Nickname themed Augmented Reality (AR) Lens called ‘India’s Top Nicknames’ and a custom lens called the ‘My Nickname’. We tried using the ‘India’s Top Nicknames’ lens, to check out which best suited our favorite content creators.
