Thama teaser

Thama’s one minute teaser gave us a glimpse into what the film will have in store for us this Diwali and it looks spooky to say the least!

Thama teaser: After theories discussing what the latest installment of the horror comedy universe could be about, the much awaited teaser of Thama is finally out! It begins with a voiceover of Ayushmann Khurrana asking "Will you be able to live without me for a 100 years?” to which Rashmika Mandanna replies “Not even for a moment” thus begins their journey that’s titled as a ‘bloody love story’. In the next scene, we see Mandanna turning into a vampire as she screams and her eyes turn red. The teaser keeps shifting its tonality between romance and supernatural themes. We also see the leads fighting creatures in high octane action sequences.

The teaser also introduces other pivotal characters like Paresh Rawal and Faisal Malik. We’re intrigued to see what their characters are like in the film. Malaika Arora’s cameo is also shown in the teaser, she is seen to be a part of a dance number which would make it her comeback on-screen after a pretty long time! As the lead duo battle it out for love, the teaser ends with Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s chilling entry as the main antagonist who seems to be a vampire as well! With Stree, Munjya and Bhediya being a part of the horror comedy universe so far, it would be interesting to see how this one ties up to the bigger scheme of things! Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, the film is set to have its big Diwali release this year!
