While we’re still fully not over Christmas, NYE is just two days and we can’t keep calm! With all that we’ve seen through the year, we’re definitely hoping for better things to come in the next year. The week has been all merry for celebrities from all over the world as they’re all gearing up and prepping to step into 2022! And with theatres beginning to open all over again after one and a half years, 2022 surely has a lot of better stuff coming! Actress Shehnaaz Gill’s father Santokh Singh was allegedly shot at by some unidentified armed person on Saturday in Amritsar. Singh, who had recently joined the BJP, escaped unhurt. The incident took place when he was seated alone in his car and two men on a bike came near his car while his security had gone for a toilet break.

Salman reveals ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2’ title, confirms ‘No Entry’ sequel

Actor Salman Khan on his 56th birthday revealed that the sequel to the 2015 film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ will be titled ‘Pavan Putra Bhaijaan’. The actor confirmed having written the script and working on the film with filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s father KV Vijayendra Prasad. Salman further said a sequel to the 2005 film ‘No Entry’ is in the works with director Anees Bazmee.

‘Spider-Man’ becomes 1st film to earn $1bn globally amid a pandemic

Tom Holland-starrer ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ has become the first film since the beginning of the pandemic to earn over $1 billion globally. It is tied with the 2015 film ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ to become the third-fastest film to earn $1 billion. It is preceded by ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Avengers: Endgame’ which crossed the mark at 11 days.
