They say the key to a healthy lifestyle is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Don't know how accurate those percentages are but what im sure about is that a good diet is an absolute necessity to perform any physical activity. . . @food.darzee and i collabed for a 12 day trial where i experienced their services of providing tailor made meals. On a keto diet i had a nutritionist who considered my likes, dislikes and other factors and then prepared a diet for me as per my body requirement which was delivered fresh twice.
