Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal ties the knot with YouTuber Dhanashree Verma on Tuesday. Both of them announced to the world through their social media handles.
The two got married in a Hindu ceremony, which took place at the Karma Lakelands resort, Gurugram. The picture of the newlyweds surfaced on the internet soon after through their social media. Dhanashree was all decked up in a red lehenga, Yuzvendra was looking handsome in an ivory sherwani with a maroon turban.
Their love story is nothing short of any Bollywood romance. From student-teacher to friends to falling in love, it a full-fledged love story. Dhanashree is a choreographer and during the lockdown, Yuzvendra decided to learn something new and landed on dance. And hence he got in touch with Dhanashree and their love ride took off from there. Dhanashree earlier had also traveled to UAE along with Chahal. Where Chahal was a part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) team. The couple was also together in Australia during the team India’s tour where Chahal was a part of the limited-overs squad.
The 30-year-old cricketer Chahal had a fair ODI series against the Australians. He only delivered 160 runs in overall two games while taking just one wicket. He, however, seems to have delivered in the first T20I of the series after replacing Ravindra Jadeja as a concussion substitute. Chahal registered figures of 3/25 in four overs, the best among Indian players. While Dhanashree seems to be shining as a creator and in the dancing world.
