Deat on the Nile will mark Ali Fazal’s next leading role in a major Hollywood production. Ali Fazal and Gal Gadot aka Wonder Woman certainly make an interesting duo!
After his titular lead in Victoria and Abdul, actor Ali Fazal will now be starring opposite a globally renowned and loved actress. It's none other than Gal Gadot or as she is most famously known - Wonder Woman! Ali Fazal and Gal Gadot are all set to star in the on-screen modern-day adaptation of Agatha Christie’s novel Death on the Nile and is set be directed by Kenneth Branagh. The director is known for his work on several popular films including the first installment of the Thor series, Hamlet, As You Like It, Murder on the Orient Express, etc.

Confirming the news, Ali said,
“Yes, I am part of this wonderful journey and I look forward to being a part of it. My mother and I have always been huge fans of Agatha Christie novels."
Death on the Nile explores the investigation Hercule Poirot sets upon due to certain mysterious events that occur on a cruise ship on the Nile. There's mystery, drama, lots of gasp-worthy moments and the on-screen presence of Ali Fazal and Gal Gadot.
The film is part of the series by 20th Century Fox which earlier saw the successful film, Murder on the Orient Express. Death on the Nile has previously been made in 1978 starring legends including Bette Davis, Maggie Smith, Mia Farrow, and others. The modern-day adaptation certainly has a lot of reasons for us to look forward to it.
The film goes on floors later this month in London and will be shot in parts of Europe as well.
