Broken But Beautiful Season 3 dropped on ALTBalaji and MX Player last Saturday. The series has had two previous successful seasons exploring the story of Veer and Sameera played by Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi respectively. In this third season, we're introduced to a new story of Agastya and Rumi played by Sidharth Shukla and Sonia Rathee respectively. The plot goes like this - Agastya Rao (Sidharth Shukla) is a struggling theatre director, who is brash, temperamental, and often self-destructive. Rumi Desai (Sonia Rathee) is a rich young woman, who is forever resentful, unfulfilled, and obsessing over her childhood crush Ishaan (Ehan Bhat). Both Agastya and Rumi flawed in their own ways, start off on the wrong foot but that doesn’t stop them from hooking up with each other almost immediately. Soon, the simmering sexual tension between them gives way to complex emotions, insecurities, and unimaginable heartache.
