Even our favourite influencers and creators couldn’t help but agree to it. There are some of our favourite creators who take every chance they get to prove their love for their dear moms. Ingredients: 1 cup (136g) wheat flour 1 cup (136g) all purpose flour 1 cup (220g)brown sugar (Can be replaced with coconut sugar) 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cup (192g) chopped dates 2 cups water 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup (96g) chopped walnuts Method: Add the dates to a pan of water and sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Once it cools down add in the oil and mix well.  In a separate bowl mix in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt and walnuts. Pour in the liquid mixture and fold gently. Preheat oven for 7 minutes at 180°C. Transfer the batter to a loaf tin lined with a parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes and then lower the temperature to 140°C and bake for 30-35 minutes. Once it’s cooled completely, slice and serve.
