#LetsKetchup: Fashion content creators in 2022 pushed the culture of unapologetic expression.
After long and irregular lockdowns, 2022 brought us fewer work-from-home days and more outdoor events that call for dressing up. Fashion creators have helped us a lot in refreshing and reinventing our wardrobes. And this year was all about bringing back and embracing old looks and techniques. We did see some popular old styles making a comeback this year that we loved experimenting with. But above all, this year's fashion was more about expression and self-love. We saw creators being bold, comfortable, and extremely themselves throughout the year.
From the comfort of oversized clothing to the creativity of color blocking, we saw them wear what felt good to them, what they were confident in. Fashion this year cared more for creativity, and less for validation and influencers on social media played a major role in pushing this concept. Not only did they give us the inspiration to dress up bolder and better but also made us believe that nothing is more beautiful than being comfortable in our own skin and nothing is sexier than wearing confidence over everything. While 2022 is about to end, what it taught us about creativity, fashion and self-love is here to stay for longer.
