From Rahul Mishra's stunning collection turning heads to spotting Sonam Kapoor and many more at the event, here's more about what went down at Paris Fashion Week: Haute Couture SS 2024.
One can never look away from what the fashion world has to offer. For the last few years, we have seen Indian content creators make their debut on international platforms and indulge in conversations surrounding fashion. While the excitement was rather high over which creator we'd get to see at this year's Paris Fashion Week, Indian creators Manasi Mau, Aashi Adani, Alfiya Karim Khan, and Mridul Sharma shared their excitement with the world with a Reel about the same. These fashion besties had earlier dropped a Reel and had left their audience guessing about something they had been working on. Earlier this week, they also gave everyone a BTS of them preparing to be a part of Paris Fashion Week: Haute Couture SS 2024.
Opening up the portal to new and exciting designs, Paris Fashion Week: Haute Couture SS 2024 managed to turn fashion heads in anticipation over what and who their favorite celebrities would be wearing. This year, brands and designers left a notable mark with their Summer Spring collections; from gowns that looked like a dream to couture that played well with elements, these collections all looked like a work of art.
Ananya Pandey was one of the celebrities who walked the ramp as part of Indian designer Rahul Mishra's collection 'Superheroes.' Suhana Khan attended the show in a blue and black midi dress while Niki Mehra wore a piece by Varun Bahl. Gaurav Gupta presented his Vedic-inspired collection which also happens to be his third at Paris Haute Couture Week. Sonam Kapoor was part of the event as she attended Dior's couture show. Daniel Roseberry's sci-fi Western collection brought technology over the ramp, and Zendaya looked stunning in a piece straight out of Schiaparelli's archives outside of the ramp and left the people speechless. Her Euphoria co-star Hunter Schafer showed up in a black mini dress with a touch of golden neckpiece that stole the show.
