From creators taking up new projects to platform updates, a lot has been happening this week. Catch up on everything in this weekly roundup.

Savi Munjal and ViditTaneja launched their new travel app, “Bruised Passports,” in October 2025, designed to make trip planning easier and more personalised. Available on both the App Store and Google Play, the app lets users plan trips, create itineraries, track visited countries with a digital scratch map, and access travel guides and tips from real travellers. Meanwhile, Abhishek Malhan became part of the T-Series music video, "Aavo ni Saiyoon, featuring alongside Nidhi Shah. In other news, Nidhi Kumar and Mohak Malhotrarecently tied the knot. Mohit Chhikara and Meghana Yadav Chhikaraalso shared glimpses of their own wedding with fans on social media.

Social media platforms were also in talks about rolling out new features to enhance user experience. Threads has introduced new tools to help users better manage their conversations. The platform now lets users approve replies before they appear and adds new filters in the Activity tab that allow sorting replies by “mentions” or “people you follow.” These updates aim to give users better control over their interactions, streamline conversation management, and foster a safer space for public discussions. On the other hand, YouTube is rolling out new, stricter rules for gaming videos that depict graphic violence. Beginning November 17, 2025, any content showing torture or large-scale violence against non-combatants involving realistic human characters will automatically be age-restricted to viewers 18 and above. The policy will apply to both new uploads and existing videos, though creators won’t receive strikes on their channels for affected content.
