Summer is officially in and we can safely say that everyone goes through skin problems during this season. Whether it is oily skin, clogged pores, dirt and pollution entrapment or simply dull skin. But there's no need to blow your money on expensive beauty regimes because you can create DIY face scrubs with ingredients available in every household. These are easy to make and absolutely natural so you don't need to worry about your skin being exposed to harmful chemicals. Plus, it also works best given our quarantine situation.

Here are some of our recommendations -

Lemon sugar face & lip scrub ? ok this one is AMAZING, makes skin feel sooo soft & smooth. Plus it’s so easy to make! You can make it out of what’s in your pantry! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 1/4 cup of any sugar - 1 tbs sunflower, olive or avocado oil - drops of essential oils of choice - 1 tsp melted manuka honey (optional) I put it in my old toothpaste glass jar! Swipe for video. Sugar may not be good to eat but it’s actually good for your skin!! It rubs off dead skin cells, hydrate skin, & retain moisture.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sunflower oil is high in vitamin e, rejuvenates & heals skin. Lemon essential oil is antibacterial & can brighten skin tone. Lavender essential oils help wrinkles, acne, dryness & dark spots. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Manuka honey balances skin pH, helps slough away dead skin, decrease acne inflammation & is antibacterial.

Olive Oil And Brown sugar Scrub Olive oil contains natural antioxidant properties that protect the skin from damage and helps moisturize as well. Combine it with sugar, which provides all natural grains that can help buff away the dead skin, and you have the magic ingredients for an effective. Take enough of both ingredients to make a thickish paste. Wash face with Luke warm water and start scrubbing for 5 minutes wash it off with warm water and splash face with cold water after to close open pores. Can be used once or twice a week.
