Paint the Town Red is the fourth track on Doja Cat’s fourth studio album, First Of All, which is set to release sometime in 2023. Some of the other songs on the album are Attention, Scarlet, and First Of All. Doja has also announced a tour to support the album, called Scarlet Tour, which will kick off in September 2023.

The nominations for the 2023 VMAs were announced on August 8, and they feature some of the biggest names and hottest newcomers in music. Taylor Swift leads the pack with eight nominations, including Video of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year. She is followed by SZA, Doja Cat, Kim Petras, Miley Cyrus, and Nicki Minaj, who each have six nominations. Other notable nominees include Beyoncé, Olivia Rodrigo, Sam Smith, Karol G, Shakira, and Rema.

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, it stars Gagan Dev Riar as Abdul Karim Telgi, along with Mukesh Tiwari, Bharat Jadhav, Sana Amin Sheikh, Dinesh Lal Yadav, Shaad Randhawa, Nitesh Kumar, and others.
