This week we saw moments in the world of entertainment that we could’ve never guessed on our 2025 bingo card so without any further ado let’s deep dive into all of it!
Early 2000s kids had a rather exciting week with the Jonas brothers reuniting with Demi Lovato and giving us major Camp Rock nostalgia! Taylor Swift announced her new album on boyfriend Travis Kelcee’s podcast and that wasn’t something the swifties were ready for! Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi will be reuniting on-screen for Jolly LLB soon. Greta Gerwig’s Narnia for Netflix began filming earlier this week in London. S.S. Rajamouli’s next magnum opus ‘Globe Trotter’ will be bringing two mega stars together, more details to follow this November on the same! Starring Priyanka Chopra and Mahesh Babu, S.S. Rajamouli’s next film ‘Globe Trotter’. This will be Rajamouli’s next big release post the success of RRR in 2022. The makers intend to give the world a more detailed reveal of the film in November 2025.
Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi starrer Jolly LLB teaser released
Bringing the third instalment to the much loved comedy franchise, Jolly LLB’s first teaser was unveiled earlier this week. In the teaser we see judge Tripathi being caught up in the middle of two Jollys. The quick-witted Jolly Mishra(Akshay Kumar) and the thoughtful Jolly Tyaagi(Arshad Warsi). The film is set to release on the big screens on September 19.
Greta Gerwig’s Narnia begins filming in London
Filming has officially begun for ‘The Magician’s Nephew,’ the first installment of Greta Gerwig’s Netflix adaptation of C.S. Lewis’ The Chronicles of Narnia. Production began earlier this week in London and the film is set to release in December next year.

Cillian Murphy turns head teacher for Netflix’s Steve. By the first looks of it, it feels like a darker version of Robin Williams’ Dead Poets Society. Murphy plays the titular character, a man who is attempting to help young students who continue to fight against the injustices happening around them in school.

Bon Appetit, Your Majestyis a fantasy romantic drama television series directed by Jang Tae-yoo, and starring Im Yoon-ah, Lee Chae-min, Kang Han-na, and Choi Gwi-hwa.
