Global fashion influencer, Rahi Chadda walks the Cannes Film Festival 2022 red carpet in an outstanding Maison Valentino outfit
The world's eyes are on France as one of the prestigious film festivals in 2022 has kicked off. Cannes Film Festival is always looked up to not only for the incredible movies that would be screened at the event but also for all the red carpet looks. This year the event will see not just our favorite Indian Bollywood celebrities but also celebrities from the Indian content creator community. The Indian creator community has been making a mark on a global level. From making their debut on the big screen to walking the ramp, they're living their dreams. Joining the list of Indian celebs was a global fashion influencer and digital content creator, Rahi Chadda. Rahi walked the Cannes red carpet this year as the young fashionista dazzled in a Maison Valentino complete white outfit.
Talking about his experience, Rahi mentioned, “Being able to walk the Cannes red carpet this year is really a moment of privilege. It’s not to be taken for granted. Being South Asian and representing my community of creatives is a surreal moment. Having south Asian representation in Cannes is a powerful tool for story-telling. We have been underrepresented on an international scale and as a child, I didn’t have any such role models to look up to or who I could relate with. We are being given a valuable opportunity to carry to embrace and celebrate our representation and hopefully to inspire the next generation in years to come.”
Rahi also attended the exciting new launch of the Prestige range for Dior Beauty which was timed with the Cannes Film Festival.
