Weekends are those two special days for anyone putting in their 100% throughout the week. The itinerary to a perfect weekend is quite subjective. While most people spend their weekends Netflix and chilling, there are people who like to read, cook, clean the house, play something or do any other fun activity. It’s not wrong to do nothing on a weekend but it can be absolutely boring to not do something too. I’m sure all of you were anticipating these two days more than anything in life so that we can do whatever we want from sleeping, lazing around to doing our laundry or playing some games. Their love never grows old- Grandparents ? // This pandemic has brought with it a lot of discomfort and anxiety. During this lockdown #AC and I are taking excessive care of our grandparents and elderly in our respective neighbourhoods. Fortuntely my grandparents stay with me and I have been taking every possible precaution to keep them safe. My grand father used to step out every morning for a walk to get some fresh air, but due to this lockdown he can’t do that anymore. So we have started doing yoga everyday, that focusses on breathing to make sure he continues to stay healthy. While, AC is keeping a daily check on her grandparents through video calls and getting essentials, sanitizers and medicines delivered to them regularly. We both urge you all to take this time to go out of your way and help the elderly as they are higly vulnerable to this virus. Since so many of you loved my newspaper background idea and tried it all over Here I came with another idea : . . Products used : - Newspaper , old photographs, celotape , scissor , old camera as a prop (optional) . . Procedure : - Put newspaper all over the area - Stick the photos like a collage on the newspaper with the help of cello tape - And your background is ready . . Precaution to take : - Don’t stick your photos directly to paint wall , it can damage the wall as well as the photographs - Don’t stick with Fevicol cause it can damage the photos and you wouldn’t be able to store those photos Optional : - I have used an old camera which I had at my home to give a vintage look in case if you don’t have you can also use a photograph in your hand and click it with the same pose . . Who says green smoothies can’t be FUN ???This is the BEST thing you’ll ever do for your hair, skin, and nails! ✨ ✨ We started having green smoothies for breakfast almost 8 years ago and have converted so many of our friends and family members to them. They have multiple advantages but here are a few: ✨ * 1) Incredible immunity booster ? * 2) Amazing for hair, skin, and gut health ? * 3) Replace one meal with a huge green smoothie to lose weight in a healthy way ? ✨ ✨ Here’s the detailed RECIPE: * 1 orange. You can also add an apple if you like it sweet ?? * 2-3 handfuls of raw baby spinach or blanched cooking spinach?? * 1 inch of ginger & 1 inch of fresh turmeric ? * Optional - 6-8 curry leaves & 1 gooseberry (amla) as these are incredible for healthy hair ? * Optional - a few kale leaves & 2 stalks of celery ? * Add water and blend till smooth. A high-powdered blender such as Nutribullet or Vitamix works best for this ? ✨ ✨ We’re so happy we are using this time at home to answer questions you ask us on the daily- such as our green smoothie recipe ???Making this video without any help was so time consuming but SO much fun.
