Shrimps and pasta with scotch infused sauce
Recipe:
- Melt a generous amount of butter in a frying pan and add the raw and deveined shrimps to it.
- Stir them around for 2-3 minutes, then add half a glass of scotch or so and continue cooking them for 1 minute more.
- The great thing about it is that the prawns will be cooked through and infused with all the scotch flavour they can muster, but the alcohol in the scotch will still be present.
