Avocado Grilled Cheese There is something about grilled cheese with a tomato bisque, eh? I have lots of different variations of grilled cheese, this one is simple and tasty. First, butter the bread. Use good bread! We used Dave's Killer Bread. Butter two pieces. Get a pan heating on medium low, make sure that it's big enough to put both pieces down at once. Take both pieces of bread and layer the cheese. I used extra sharp cheddar, gruyere and parmesan cheese. I added thinly sliced tomato and avocado on one side. Place both in the pan. Make sure it's not too hot, you want the bread to be there long enough to melt the cheese and not too hot to burn the bread. Once browned perfectly, stack like a sandwich, slice in half and enjoy with tomato bisque! I’ll stop the world ? and melt ? with you, Chip Honey ??. . Ingredients 2 slices bread of choice (wheat, white, multigrain) 5 slices thinly sliced deli ham or prosciutto (or get real crazy and do both!) 3 slices of sharp cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons softened Butter Chipotle Honey Toom Directions 1. Spread a big dollop of Chipotle Honey Toom on first slice of bread. 2. Layer meat and cheese on top of Chipotle Honey Toom. 3. Cover with remaining slice of bread. 4. In a small skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium- low heat. 5. Place sandwich in skillet and cook until butter side is golden brown. 6. Remove sandwich from heat and put another tablespoon of butter in skillet. 7. Place other side of sandwich down into butter and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted! BOOM.

Veggie Dijon Grilled Cheese??⭐️ This. Was. So. Good!!!!! ~ Switch up your grilled cheese with some Dijon mustard and fresh vegetables! Check out my easy recipe below?? 1. Spread both sides of bread(17 grain from @oroweatbread) with Dijon mustard 2. Layer 2 pieces of provolone cheese on each piece of bread 3. Then add diced onions, torn basil, arugula, spinach 4. In sauté pan on high cook cherry tomatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper until blistered(optional) and add to sandwich 5. Spread both sides with mayo and cook in pan on medium high for 2-3 minutes on each side. ?Happy National Grilled Cheese Day! Here’s our local beer battered recipe to try out: . 1st Make Your Batter -2 eggs? -1 cup brown ale (a beer w/ some nuttiness to compliment the ?, try @jekyllbrewing ‘Cooter Brown’? -1/8 cup flour -1/2 tsp salt -1/4 tsp paprika -whisk the hell out of the above . Make Your Sandwich? ?use a hearty bread like sourdough or Texas toast, slice into 1/2” thick pieces? -Dip one slice into your batter, coat both sides, let excess drip -Place on plate, add your ? slices (we suggest sharp cheddar & Muenster to get that cheesy gooey-ness and to compliment the brown ale) -Repeat the batter process with the other slice, stack on top . Grill It❗️ -Use a large pan on low-medium heat, you don’t want the bread done before the ? melts -Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in pan -Add your sandwich, cook 3-4 minutes per side, or until it gets that perfect golden brown crisp goin on -Plate it & repeat for additional sammies? . What do you get when you cross pumpkin pie with grilled cheese? This delicious sandwich, that's what. . . . Ingredients: · 1 loaf of sourdough bread · 4 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced · 4 ounces mild gruyere cheese, grated · 8 ounces pumpkin puree · 1 teaspoon chili powder · 2 tablespoons of butter, for cooking Instructions: 1. Begin by slicing the bread into semi-thick slices. 2. Place two slices of cheddar cheese on one slice of bread, and top with the grated gruyere cheese. 3. Spread the pumpkin puree on the other slice of bread, and sprinkle chili powder onto both slices. 4. Bring a pan to medium heat, and add the knob of butter. We found this delicious #recipe by the #foodblog @seasaltandcervantes Ingredients dark #chocolate-balsamic spread: 2 tablespoons good #balsamicvinegar ¼ cup water ¼ cup #sugar 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder pinch of kosher salt 4 oz semisweet 60-70% cacao baking chocolate, chopped 5 oz unsalted #butter (about 10 tablespoons), softened and diced grilled cheese sandwiches: 8 slices Italian or Tuscan white #bread softened unsalted butter ½ cup finely grated parmigiano-reggiano Directions dark chocolate-balsamic spread: 1. In a small saute pan, heat balsamic vinegar on low. 2. Reduce volume by half and set aside. Meanwhile, combine water, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt in a small saucepan. 3. Heat on medium-low, stirring regularly, until sugar and cocoa are dissolved. 4. When the cocoa mixture starts to simmer, remove from heat and add diced butter, chopped chocolate, and reduced balsamic vinegar. 5. Stir until combined. 6. The dark chocolate spread will be glossy and very runny. 7. Set aside to come to room temperature. The spread will thicken. 8. Store leftover spread in the refrigerator. grilled cheese sandwiches: 1. Heat cast iron skillet or other heavy pan over medium heat. 2. Give the skillet enough time to become thoroughly hot. 3. Generously butter both sides of bread slices and place on tray. 4. Place four slices in heated skillet. 5. Toast one side until light golden brown. 6.Remove slices back to tray. 7. Carefully place grated parmigiano-reggiano on the toasted side of two bread slices. 8. Spread a generous amount of dark chocolate spread on the toasted side of the other two bread slices. 9. Sandwich the dark chocolate slices on top of the parmigiano-reggiano. 10. The untoasted sides should now face outwards. 11. Return sandwiches to skillet and toast on both sides, until light golden brown. 12.
