In a first, Moj exclusively hosts the ‘Wildcard’ audition for Sony Entertainment Television’s India’s Got Talent

From 6th Feb – 27th Feb Moj users can participate in the India's Got Talent Wildcard audition by uploading their ‘talent’ videos on the app with hashtag #IndiasGotTalent

Moj, India’s number one short video app, has exclusively collaborated with Sony Entertainment Television’s India’s Got Talent (IGT) to host auditions for the Wildcard entry. From 6th Feb until 27th Feb, Moj users can create multiple videos showcasing their ‘talent’ and upload them on the app with (hashtag) #IndiasGotTalent. One talented and lucky winner from amongst those who participate will get a chance to be a part of the ongoing season of IGT as the Wildcard entry.

Through this collaboration, Moj users will get a one-of-its-kind opportunity to showcase their talent and stand a chance to be a part of Indian television’s biggest talent platform. Currently, Moj nurtures over 160 million active users and creators from across the country on its platform. To support talented users, Moj runs a program called ‘Moj For Creators’ that assists them in building a successful Moj profile through content strategy, grooming, and training.

In its 9th Season, IGT continues to bring forth unique and unmatched talent from across the country thereby opening a gateway of opportunities for them. This season has seen exceptionally skilled, heart-warming and showstopping performers, right from dancers to singers; magicians, comedians, and rappers; beatboxers, stuntmen, and every imaginable talent in between! Hosted by the effervescent Arjun Bijlani, eminent personalities from the entertainment industry, Kirron Kher, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Badshah and Manoj Muntashir helm the judges’ mantle and celebrate, ‘Gazab Desh ka Ajab Talent!’ week-on-week on IGT.

India’s Got Talent is an Indian adaptation of the international format titled “Got Talent” that, is created and owned by Syco and Fremantle, has been licensed by Sony Entertainment Television – an unmatched broadcast leader when it comes to non-fiction talent-led reality shows. Since the airing of America’s Got Talent in 2006, the format has been successfully adapted in over 70 countries.
