12 Iranian missiles launched at the US military troops in Iraq in retaliation to the killing of the Iranian General. Tweeple share their concern on the Iran attack.

The US military troops in Iraq were attacked by Iranian missiles at their airbases. The two airbases, Irbil and Al Asad, in the west of Baghdad, saw a dozen missiles fired in retaliation to the killing of General Qasem Soleimani in the recent US airstrike at the Baghdad airport on the order of US President Donald Trump. Washington hasn't issued a public statement with regards to the casualties caused by the Iranian missiles. However, Trump tweeted 'All is well' and stated that casualties and damages are under assessment.

The Iranian minister claimed in his statement that the attack did not aim to escalate any further war, but as a result of self-defence. However, this attack is raising concerns about a war between the two countries among the people.
