As we enter into a new month, a new challenge makes it to the internet. For a vast place like social media, we are never short of challenges. Although at times these challenges may seem lame there are some that hold meaning. They not only keep us entertained but also manages to spread an important message. The latest Kings and Queens challenge on Instagram is one such.
Last month, Instagram was flooded with black and white pictures of women with the #ChallengeAccepted becoming a thing that talked about women empowerment while also showing their protest against an incident that happened in Turkey. This month, however, a more colourful challenge has caught people's attention and it is very much entertaining and meaningful at the same time.
The challenge began after American songwriter and singer Ava Max released her fifth single titled 'Kings and Queens' on March 12 from her upcoming debut studio album 'Heaven & Hell'. The song was written by Max, Brett McLaughlin, Desmond Child, Hillary Bernstein, Jakke Erixon, Madison Love, Mimoza Blinsson, Cirkut, and RedOne talks about women empowerment. It also calls all the men to campaign for women and queens in their lives. People and critics have praised the song for its powerful message, royalty and a strong sense of inspiration.

The looks and dance moves have also found its place among the hearts of the audiences. Makeup artists and International beauty blogger Brandon created a transition video of the song that encouraged various makeup artists to re-create the looks from the song while promoting women empowerment. Various artists from around the world became part of the Kings and Queens challenge sharing their looks on Instagram.
